To meet the changing demands with the globalization phenomenon and highly competitive environment, Centre for Development of TDCC is continuously involved in the development of the internal customers - Faculty and Students. Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) and Personality Development Programmes (PDP) which are developed as per the requirements of today’s corporate world are regular and continuous features of the centre. Along with the PDPs for students, Student Clubs are the other major highlights of the centre.

Faculty Development Programs
TDCC is actively involved in conducting the Faculty Development Programs for the management and Information technology faculty members from other Colleges / Institutes as well as for internal faculty on a continuous basis.

Personality Development Programs
TDCC of DAVIM focuses a lot on the “Persona” of its students and for the purpose is actively involved in conducting the Personality Development programs for students on a continuous basis.
