TDCC of DAVIM is known for development of design for training programmes in the field of applied part of management and application of information technological knowledge for the development of industry as a whole. The centre is ISO – 9001:2000 certified for its world class training and consultancy.

The Institute offers a wide range of training and consultancy services in specialized areas like Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Operations Management and Communication skills. Highly experienced professors and expert corporate professionals provide support to each specialized area.

Faculty Development Programs

DAVIM is actively involved in conducting the Faculty Development Programmes for the management and technical faculty members from other Colleges / Institutes as well as for internal faculty on a continuous basis.

Management Development Programs / Seminars / Workshops

TDCC conducts management development programmes and workshops for senior and middle level public/private sector executives. The center’s aim is to use expertise for developing knowledge, technique and skills and sharing them. DAVIM is also associated with the Learning bodies like ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), ICA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and ICWA (Institute of Cost and Work Account), and also with the local with the local management bodies / associations like FSIA (Faridabad Small Industries Association), FMA (Faridabad Management Association, PMA (Personnel Management Association) organizing the training programmes jointly.

It was a deliberate decision to begin the academic activities at DAVIM along with Management Development Programme, Consultancy and Workshops. Since then, TDCC has been constantly adding to the list of MDPs, workshops and seminars and has been offering MDPs, Workshops & Seminars to practicing managers in India.

At TDCC, it is a tradition to constantly update the course content, revise the course design, and experiment with innovative pedagogy. The faculty at TDCC continuously attempts to integrate research, teaching, and applied work.
