Established in July 2000 DAVIM’s TDCC is an ISO 9001:2000 certified centre for Training Development & Consultancy. Since its inception TDCC has been engaged; in providing consultancy to corporate clients as well as conducting in house training and development programmes.

The centre came into existence with a mission to empower Souls across the world to effortlessly optimize Potential by providing strategic learning, research, training and knowledge sharing.

The focus of the centre is on Strengthening Knowledge and developing skills, to disseminate useful and updated information by developing and delivering innovative training programs so as to enhance professionalism and to foster a positive work environment.

The centre is known for development of design for training programs in the field of applied part of management and application of information technological knowledge for the development of industry as a whole.

At TDCC, it is a tradition to constantly update the course content, revise the course design, and experiment with innovative pedagogy. The faculty at TDCC continuously attempts to integrate research, teaching and applied work.

MDP's/Workshops/Seminars and FDP's emphasize active and participative learning rather than passive assimilation. It is supplemented by activities, group exercises, role-plays, lecture-cum-discussions, and presentations by participants. And the response of participants to MDP's/Workshops/Seminars has been very encouraging.
