Centre for Industry Interaction


With the turn of the century, general aspiration for total quality in all spheres of management and human relationship has emphasized the need to have advanced learning and training centers firmly committed to the pursuit of total excellence in their programs, performance and achievement. TDCC is committed to quality assurance and enhancement. The contents and delivery of all its programs of study and training are developed to ensure their excellence. They are globally comparable to programs across the world. The centre for industry interaction is involved in major activities like Conducting Management Development Programs, Consultancy Services and projects.

Management/Executive Development Programmes (MDP's /EDP's)

TDCC conducts all level management development programs and workshops for senior, middle and frontline public/private sector executives. The center’s aim is to use expertise for developing knowledge, technique and skills and sharing them. DAVIM is also associated with the bodies like FSIA (Faridabad Small Industries Association), FMA (Faridabad Management Association, PMA (Personnel Management Association), ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), ICA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and ICWA (Institute of Cost and Work Account) and other local management bodies / association for jointly organizing the training programs.
Some major programs conducted by TDCC includes Business Communication and Presentations Skills, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Self Management, Strategies for Corporate Image Building, Corporate Re-structuring, Effortless Execution etc. It was a planned decision to begin the academic activities at DAVIM along with management development Programme / consultancy and workshops. Since then, TDCC has been constantly adding to the list of MDP’s and workshops/seminars and has been offering MDP’s/Workshops/Seminars to practicing managers in India.


Cnsultancy Services and Research Projects


Indian global presence, in the changing economic environment, is well established and duly recognized by all. There is, however, an inescapable requirement of having a re-look at strategy, organization and system adopted by the corporate world. TDCC has set up resources to provide strategic consultancy services relating to systems and organization to companies. The Institute offers a wide range of training and consultancy services in specialized areas like Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Operations Management and Communication skills.

Highly experienced professors and expert corporate professionals provide support to each specialized area. Executive Development Programs and Workshops on Management of Change, Creativity, Brain Storming, Business Communication and Sensitivity Training are the added features of our consultancy services programs. Nursing and revival of sick units has been our forte. Along with the Process consultation, the other expertise of TDCC is in Surveys and Marketing Research Projects and the centre has already done such surveys/projects for a large number of organizations.
