MBA Industry Intigrated

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


In the present scenario, india needs managers with global thinking and compititive skills to take up the challenges in the fast changing business environement.the academinians realize the demand of the industry and hence continue to provide them the kind who can solve all problem with ease. presently , tha management institutes, which focus only on classroom training lack the potential to develop students with an ' all round personality' and industry relevant skills.industry integrated programme builds the bridge between the student and the industry integrated programme builds the bridge between the student and the industry through it's all round development of skills approach.

 

In-House training(IHT) :

in-House training program is an essential component of the course. the in- In-House_Training is held in the 1st semester for minimum 50 hours. It is compulsory for the students to attend the in-House-Training program because it equips the student with managerial concepts and emphasizes on personality development, team management, communication skills, and presentation skills and presentation skills which help them in getting on-The-Job_training in 2nd semester.

 

On-the-Job-Training(OJT)

the student undergo minimum4 days per weekon-the-Job-Training in the organizations from the 2nd semester to 4th semester. the institute arranges and monitors on-The-Job-training of the students. However , students can also arrange OJt themselves and the institute will monitor the same. students are required to maintain OJT diary during this tenure. also at the end of each semester, students are required to submit training report and oJT diary for evaluation.
