INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE

COMMITTEE FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES ARISING OUT OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

As per the Gazette of India, April 23, 2013, (n) “Sexual Harassment” includes any one of the following unwelcome acts or behavior (whether directly or by implication) namely

1. physical contact and advances; or
2. a demand or request for sexual favour; or
3. making sexually coloured remarks; or
4. showing pornography
   
5. any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature

Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) of the following members has been constituted to handle the various issues related to Sexual Harassment at Workplace :
